running rich
Still running my 352 2v in my 65 until I get the 390 back together. Rebuilt the carb awhile back on the 352. She runs rich. Black soot exhaust tips. Is this an easy adjust?

I just failed emissions test here in Colorado w/ my 66 352 2V, running too rich - anyone out there have advice to lean up a stock 2bbl carb on the 352?
Gotta lean it up to go with the thin air here!

Running rich
My 1 bbl - on my 262-6 - runs extremely rich. but it runs well, and has good power, mileage sucks - since I have a 4:10 Dana Rear end. but I have so much carbon build up - just amazing. There isn't much I can do with this carb - all it has is that one screw. I have messed with the float - it has small jets - but rich rich rich.
any ideas? another carb?
