I want to do a exhaust on my 94 5.0 bronco flowmasters. But does anyone out there make an off road y pipe so i can take out the cats. I have ways of getting around my emissions. I dont feel like really punching out the one and then cutting out the side on the other just to punch it out. So I just curious if anyone makes a off road y pipe or even a total true dual exhaust from the headers back.

just like he said the bassani y pipe is the only option really unless you get something custom from an exhaust shop. true duals on the bronco is a problem because of the transfercase not to mention no real gain. with headers, bassani y pipe and 3" exhaust running an areochamber muffler by hooker which sounds better then a flowmaster and wont drone in the cab. stay single exhaust and have better performance then what duals can provide on a bronco due to all the bends. this is not a mustang so dont treat it as one by the way you will end up going in the wrong direction
I didnt want duels. i just wast sure if anyone made a no cat y pipe for these trucks or if i had to make my own. Now the bassani y pipe would that be just as long as the duel cat y pipe thats in my truck or no?

Reason: had to add something
I put a catco y pipe on mine which has a clamp on cat after it. I did use the cat and then went 3" muffler and tailpipe. I have the hooker muffler too. I bought the catco because of price and nj would never let me pass without a cat. I had to put a 2 1/2 to 3 adapter after the cat.
the catco y pipe is a great stock replacement for the 5.0 broncos. I have a 5.8 and catco doesnt make one for my engine so i either have to get the bassani y pipe or have a shop fab one up.
yea i have a 5.0 and i dont have to worry about passing emissions. i will pass no mater what plus i dont want a cat anyway. with it its drones the tone of the exhaust..

a cat wont make the exhaust drone especially a hi flow unit. just remember if you ever sell that bronco with out a cat converter and that person has to get it tested he may hold you liable
