302 id help
what do the numbers on the paper tag on top of my valve cover represent. numbers are c with a 1 under it, then ck 348 ab. has e,9 scratched out at bottom has numbers 2-54d-r10. the vin tells me that this is not the motor that came in my 1986 f-150 4x4 just trying to get a little info about it thanks

The casting numbers are above the starter on a flat spot on the block, this may tell more.

The casting numbers and date code would be more helpful.
