Desktop dyno version difference?
I know this isnt exactly the place to post this, but when i did elsewhere i got no answer, and i know some of you guys own the program. whats the difference between the old desktop dyno and the desktop dyno 2000? is it worth the extra $20? thanks a bunch for any input.

Does the old version come with the cam CD? If not it's well worth the extra $20 to get that CD. It allows you to dial in something like 2,000 different cam profiles...and I can tell you from experiance that some of the other engine profiles from GM or Chrysler make more HP when you plug the profile into your Ford. Cam Mfgs. can grind any profile to fit your engine although you'll spend extra bucks to get a custome profile ground. Deen
