I like reading about the articles in it. I also wish they would do more on the idi engines and the truck's in general. I know they have one on the 6.5L idi chevy going on right now.
I think that they should put Dave S. the moderators truck in it, with a write up about it. He has a sweet 6.9 setup and uses his truck what it was intended for.
idk I found diesel world at walmart one time and it had an idi from south bend, IN in it but they were only showing off the styling not the engine itself. but the only magazines that I personally know of are diesel power, 8-lug diesel, and diesel world.
A friend of mine gave me a subscription to Diesel Power for Christmas this year. It's alright. I don't really expect any magazine to cover the IDI well. Let's face it, magazine's exist to sell advertising. Given that most modifications to the IDI are home made, I would think it would be hard to keep a magazine afloat focusing on us.
Dave Spanaugle hits the nail on the head. People want to look at shinny trucks with silly huge lift kits. What bugs me about Diesel Power is that most of the rigs featured seem like they would break or get stuck if the did any real work/wheeling.
