Looking for Engine...
I've talked to alot of people today about a used 6.0 engine. Most of the guys I found have rolled their trucks. Almost all have said that and are selling the engine next to nothing. I did find a engine here in Alberta and it sounds too good to be true.
The truck has 67,000km and he is asking for $4000.00 CDN. He said he would drive it down to my place. NOW.... what steps should I take knowing that I could be ripped off. Cuz there is a chance that the engine wont even run. I already asked for pictures and an Oasis report. Now I need to know if the engine will run. Just on its own without the truck. Is that possible? Will Ford test it before installing it?
