Help Please!!!

I have an 04 eb expedition with factory navigational system. The radio works but my display screen is all blue with black lines on it. I have checked fuses and they are fine does anyone know what could be wrong with and how I can fix it or do I need a new one.

Try disconnecting the battery for about 10-15 minutes then reconnect. That SOMETIMES resets it.

yea... either that.. or the antenna went or .. its shot... ... i would just say screw it and get aftermarket . because stock sucks.... but thats just my 2 cents

Disconnected battery and still no displaly. Where is the antenna. Thanks for the help

Prob embedded in windshield or rear window....but it prob NOT the antenna, unless it came unplugged from back of radio....Ya been messing around under the dash?

no messing under dash. it did this last year too and i pulled the fuses, they were good but i replaced them anyway drove down the road and my display just came back on. did that this time too but no luck.
