13. Mpg???
well just filled my new truck up i avg 13 mpg ???? why is everyone tellin me there getttin 16 this suxs lol but i found my plug and pluged it in last night and when i started it this morning i had no blue smoke was pretty happy about that one but am i gettin 13 mpg due to the winter cuz i basecally keep it around 2000 rpms and when im on the freeway im doing 72 at liek 2000 rpms soo yeah

Any of us "could" get 21 mpg if we stayed at 55 miles an hour (I've done it). Everyone's driving style is different. I'm currently getting 15.4 unloaded.
You've got over-sized tires (weight), at highway speeds (areodynamics), running winter blend (lower combustion), a crewcab (weight), and 4x4 front end (weight).
I'd say you are doing pretty well, all things considered. With these trucks, mileage can be anywhere. Sometimes you get lucky, sometimes not...

well i just cut my mufler out today and put a new fuel filter in im thinkin its a little better on this tank maybe i didnt fill it completly up the first tank so when i filled it up today it actually filld all the way up? u know? soo if i was 1 gallon off iw ould be 14 does that 6634 or what ever that air filter thing is make a differnce and a dp tuner 80 eco???

It's called Diesel-Kleen Wal-mart or Tractor supply sells it. It's a cetane boost with anti-gel for winter and helps the injectors also. Will help improve the mpg a little.
