2006 F150 Squeak
I have a 2006 F150 STX 4x4. In the back it sounds like a break dragging or hanging up. It has 20,000 miles. I took it to the dealer,he cleaned out the back breaks, said there was some rust around the emergency break area and cleaned that up.
The squeak is comes and gos. Will stop when I put the breaks on.
Any ideas?

My '07 has a squeek that it is very noticable when I have the sliding window open. There have been several posts on this topic and the conclusion that everyone came to was to oil or spray lube the tailgate hinges and latches and it seems to silence the squeek. I don't know if it will help you but it might be worth a try.
