I don't think Ford had the axle for an option in a truck that new. I could be wrong but I believe the Sterling 10.25 replaced that option awhile back.
One could easily be put in a truck that new but the yoke is different.( different u-joint). I had an 86 extendedcab 3/4 ton given to me a few years back and it had a Sterling in it but I did get both driveshafts. They had to have one made for it because of the different yokes.
F250s never got Dana 60's in the front, they got TTB D44 or TTB D50. A Dana 60 is a common swap for the front ends of F250s. In the rear you should have a sterling 10.25"
