I`ve got rusty cab supports (and floors) on my 62 Unibody. Where can I get new replacements ? Are they available new ?

 

Carolina Classics has some nice, thick supports for the 61-64 trucks. There are also a few places selling much cheaper supports, but they don't fit well at all.

 

I believe that www.dennis-carpenter.com has some nice ones.

The ones Dennis carries are Carolinas. The mounts are close to the stock ones but not an exact replacment.

Most suppliers resell the other vendors materials.

I checked Carolina Classics website and found the "cab supports" for $150 pair. I guess that`s the going rate ? I`m a pretty good fabricator and will probably just fab up some of my own for that kind of money. This isn`t a resto project - far from it. Did I mention I`m also a cheap ******* ?
