Hell, they could have won it during the regular game if they hadn't gotten stupid several times and started doing clock wasting rather than game winning plays. The cheese heads gave it away by playing a stupider game than NY.

It wasn't a long kick, but it was -4 and windy.

But, the kicker was probably pretty warm from Coughlin's red hot glares after he missed the previous 2 kicks

Maybe it didn't seem all that long but the previous record for a field goal in a playoff game on that field was under 40 yards.
