Quick question about headliner removal.

I removed all the trim today and now need to take the headliner out. Its held on by several what apear to be plugs that look like i could pull them out and then hammer them back in when it was time to reinstall the headliner. I started pulling on one and it felt like it was glued on, i stopped because if they are glued on i dont want to take them off until i have the crap to put em back on right because i cant stand driving a vehicle with no headliner.

So is the headliner held in place by plugs or are these flat...things...held on by glue?

As long as they say in, if not you might have to get new ones, like door panal pins, somethimes they hold, somethimes there done after peing pulled. My ones in my 88 Stang came out, and were reused with new headliner. I think if you push them in, instead of pound they will hold. If you pound the little wings might break.
