Got some new driving light for x-mas and just got around to putting them in. I must say if anyone ever gets Hellas dont expect the instructions to help you must at all.
I like them! i wanted to mount lights in my bumper like that. I used to have hella's on my truck so its all wired up but the one broke. Do you think you could get me the part number or model of those lights??
Nice ive been shopping arround for some for my ride. I may stick some in the same place you did. What did you mount them too? I did some like that in an explorer before. On it i drilled and came thru the top of the bumper but dont wanna do that on this truck. I dont see bolts in your bumper so wadidja mount them too?
Me and my dad made some brackets out of some angel iron and some flat iron, u can see in the pics. But the are Hella 550 series. I think the pics do a better job explaining it than i can do but if any questions just ask.
I like that, a picture is worth a thousand words. My buddy has his eyes on my KC's I had on my Ranger. Soon as he comes off of some cash or finds me some lights for this truck, I think im gonna do the same thing. I kinda like these.
i keep thinkin abuot putting one of the old style hillbilly light bars on the truck but i think its high enough already. i could go for having more lights up front too
They would be great for backing up. Turned them on for the first time the other night and man they are f***ing bright! They over power my brights and i have those xeon headlights.
