ball joints
could you tell me how to change the upper and lower ball joints on a 99 expedition 4wd 5.4

Upper ball joint is integral to the control arm, so you have to change the upper arm, but it comes with new bushings. you can search the forum for info on changing the lower BJs. Suggest you replace with greaseable joints

i changed both uppers on my friends 2000 expedition its about 60 for the arm with the ball joint and bushings it quiet simply
