some options are allowed only after minimum posts are met...maybe that is part of the 25 post minimum.
Ebay is as good as its sellers. I have purchased 6 vehicles from ebay...all great transactions. Numerous other purchases positive...only 2 of 200 went bad and I was covered each time, out only time no $ loss. Look at feedback and find an auction where someone was happy with same purchase and contact them for fitment issues...this worked for X spacer where it said it fit 05 X only, which meant 05 SD not X and I saved myself money and time on that one as well as corrected seller on diff...
There were some Excursions built in very late 1999, but those are still considered 2000 MY's, and there can't be many with a late 99 build date since mine was built 1/12/00 at 1:42 o' clock and is #636.
Agree, I have bought stuff off EBay and I'm really happy except for the one where the seller messed up my 5 inch exhaust parts, but he sent it again at no additional charges! Over all, check for the feedback of the seller and use "BUY it now" option more often.
