How much of a pain is it to change the oil cooler. Mine had been leaking for almost a year now and is getting worse. on the plus side it is an excellent rust deterent, and man do the underside of these things rust.
I believe it's kinda tricky. I remember reading (i think it was upstairs) that its hard to take apart once its off the block.
Basically, the tricky part is that you need something to squeeze it back together because the new o-rings make it extremely tight. If your is leaking I would get to it fairly fast because if your orings are bad it can let oil in coolant or vise versa.

You don't need to change the oil cooler just the two gaskets and four O-rings. It's not that difficult but for a first timer like me when I did it it took about 5 hrs. total. Getting it back together was probably the most difficult. I bought a big daddy clamp at Home Depot and did it. Then took the Clamp back and got my money back. I'm such a tight wad!
