It depends on the manufacturer. Some kits say they are for F250/350. Everyone knows the 250 sits lower in the rear so they would not really work the same. Read the specs or talk to someone at the manufacturer once you decide what brand you want to use.

The F250/350 kits usually have a new block to replace the factory block, which is about 2" in the F250 and 4" in the F350. By completely replacing this block with a new one and not just stacking in another one they can make the kit universal.
