need help here got a buddy with a 00 psd is the powersteering pump pulley pressed on and need a puller to pull it of or what?

yes, you need a puller to get the pulley off. You can rent them at most Auto Zone or Advance Auto. They are not hard to pull, just a PITA. If you try to take it off without the correct puller, you will trash both the pump housing and the pulley.
