Torx head bolt for adjusting steering box tightness?

Does anyone know the correct Ford procedure for adjusting this bolt?

I have the procedure at home somewhere and it is posted in a thread here somewhere as I have done the procedure. FYI...it's niot a torx bolt that is adjusted. It's an allen stud. I can't remember the exact size but it's small metric.

I think the torque value for the stering pressure is 20 in/lbs. It's been a long time since I did it and I am old.
