pukeing oil
I ran up on a truck with a lot of miles and lots of idle hours on it (275,000miles). There is a chance i will have an opprotunity to buy the truck fairly cheep. Here is the bad news the motor pukes oil out into the air filter. I was wondering what can cause the motor to puke oil like that? Stuck piston ring, bad o ring on an injector, cracked piston? I am just not experienced with this kind of problem. Any and all help is appreciated.

Blow by is a nomal thing, and its impossible to just "puke" oil. The way the oil gets there is the design from the factory- an inlet connected to the left valve cover pulls the crankcase under vacuum when the turbo is spinning, due to the intake vacuum. Over time this oil vapor builds up and puddles oil in the engine's intake which looks like it shouldnt be there.
