CD Won't Play

I have the in dash six CD changer. I burned a CD that will play in my '93 Sony home stereo but doesn't read in the truck. Any ideas why it won't recognize the disc? They're not mp3 files, I believe they are CDA....but could be WMA or WAV... can't remember off hand. I just find it strange that a CD player that was made before burned discs even existed would play something the truck won't...

Does your burnt CD have a lable on it?

I have found that I can not put a CD in my 6 CD player if it has any kind of added thickness; such as a lable.

I'll check and make sure the disc is finalized.... no label on it so thats not it...

Thanx for your help so far, I'll get back to you on whether or not the disc formatting was the problem.
