the cheapest is body lift, it doesn't really do anything for ya as far as off road or performance, and you may have to do some work to get the linkage from a/t, transx cases, fuel fillernecks ect ect to work right. If its more of a street truck though body lifts are fine.

I wouldnt use a body lift. I know stock F150's can fit 33's stock. Id look into getting a bigger block for out back, and a coil spacer, or F350 2wd coils for up front. Remember dont double stack blocks.
