Note: This is not my truck but another FTE member. Hopefully he won't mind me showing off his fine machine.
Thanks. I'm trying to decide between the 33 x 12.50 18's and the 275 70 18's. the 33's look to wide but I dont want the 275's to look to narrow been looking for pics of this size!
I love my BFG A/t's. That said, I just bought a set of spare lariat rims and plan on putting either BFG M/T's or Toyos on them At this point I'm thinking Toyos only because I like the tread design better. I think that they are more aggressive and have a really aggressive sidewall tread. Still love my BFG's for all year driving as well. They wear like iron. Just planning on M/T's for when I get property soon.
I had a calculator for tire sizes and the 275 is around 33". Maybe a couple of tenths bigger. My truck looks just like the one Eng1Driver posted. The tires dont stick out too much and they grab real good in the mud.
Currently have 285/75/r16 with stock suspension but going to install leveling kit before the new rubber as I get some rubbing in driver side wheel well. Maybe go up to 35"
I am currently running 315/70R17 BFG AT's on my 02 F-350 4x4
I def like them, but I use to have Nitto terra grapplers and they were great !
Toyo Open country AT's are good too

what width are those stock f250 rims that those toyos are on?
The wheels are factory 2008 Lariat 18'' rims which are 8'' wide. The Toyo MT's pictured are size 275/70R 18 in load range E. That size is the same size as the factory tire which is 33'' tall. Toyo also sells that tire in a 285/75R 18 load range E whick is 35'' tall. Both sizes are ideally suited for the factory 8'' wide rim.
