Ball Joints???????
I think my ball joints are going out? I can hear a clunk noise on the drivers side front when ever I hit the brakes. Are these hard to change? Yes I did check to make sure the wheel is tight, caliper bolts are tight all the simple stuff. Thanks

So you're absolutely sure that it is the ball joints? Sway bar bushings can give you the same noise as can a bad body mount right there.
