Water Methanol system
I am looking into a water or water/ methanol injection system. Questions:
1. Who sells a good system ?
2. What HP and mileage gains will I get ?
3. Price ?
4. Where do you by the methanol and how much does it cost
5. Any special water required (Distilled or purified ?)

Ive been using the snow performance stage II kit in my truck for the past couple of months. I don't have any experience with other kits, but the snow kit is very easy to install and works perfectly, no bucking or other issues with it. Also this kit seems to be the most popular. As for horsepower increase, its noticeable, but not like a programmer noticeable. I have it hooked up to my #1 upfitter switch and if I flip the switch while im at full throttle (stock), it definatly pulls alot harder and you can hear the differance in the motor. Now running my sct with my extreme race tune, it makes a huge differance and lowers my egts by about 200*. Milage gains are minimal if that because you need to get on the truck more to activate the system which starts at 15psi. And setting the injection point at a lower psi will cause the motor to buck. The methanol im using is standard windshield washer fluid. It has something like 40-45% methanol and the rest is water. It works awsome and cost me $1.39 a gallon that last me a full tank of fuel.
