Sampey to ride a Buell this year. She has a Suzuki dealership, hmmm..........

Evernham doesn't have much to do these days since Gillette purchased the team.
Kahne sued by security guard for back problems, and Kahne was charged with misdemeanor battery for shoving him to the ground.
Chevy raced the new R07 engine last year. This was probably why they were so strong and won the championship. The engine is capable of over 850 hp.
Dodge may have a new engine by mid summer, and Ford in 2009.
NASCAR probably will change rear gear ratio to 364 for this year at Daytona.
Toyota and Dodge running strong in Daytona testing. It may be Toyota's year. jd

I don't think toyo will win the championship this year,but i would bet a case of beer they will win at least one race. they do have joe gibbs team behind them and he is helping out ALL toyotas not just the ones on his team,so you can expect them to be competitive this year,as much as I hate to admit it.
