Nascar Is Back!
8 days 'til Daytona! Woo hoo! Just caught the qualifyin' on speed. FORD has out the new fusion, Chevy has their new Monte Carlo style and Dodge had the charger out last year so no biggy there. Anybody goin' to Daytona? Oh well, glad to see all the old faces again, gotta start poppin' pop corn for the big day!

there not gualify'n, it is practice for the bud shoot out for sat night. they will do that next week for the daytona race. they drew bud bottle cap's for the starting position for the shoot out race.

Qualifying for the 500 is on Sunday -- but that only sets the front row. The 99 looked pretty stout in practice. I sure hope the Ford's are better at these place races this year. . .

Me too, Mark. I believe the Roush/Yates horsepower is at least equal to the chebbie and dodge, now if they have the aerodynamic issues improved with the new Fusion bodies, the restrictor plate tracks might not end up being the which chebbie is going to win this time show of the past few years!!!!

screw the plate races,just let them dominate at the other tracks,and it will be another ford championship!!....3 years out of 4 wouldn't be bad

So wait, I'm screwed up. Qualifyin' is sunday and the actual race is the 26th? Whoa, speed channel is sure screwed up. Glad Martin is back. I've been a fan of McMurray, but I think I need a FORD dude.

wish they would use a mustang as the body instead of these sedans like the taurus and fusion, i may have a taurus ('93) but id never have a fusion, i dont care if it did take the championship. 3 to go as of right now!
