What you cannot get on an an auction site:
Please note that our DUI's are:
1) Custom curved on a distributor machine based on your engine specs.
2) We have excellent tech support-each Distributor is issued an individual I.D. Number, so that if you change cams, pistons, etc., or want to put the DUI distributor in another motor in the future, you can call us with your ID number, have us pull your file, and then discuss whether or not you need to change your advance curve.
3) You talk to one of our employees-in Memphis, TN-not someone in another country. We are a family business that believes in the performance and racing industry
here is an update on the build
I went stock crank with 9/1 comp pistons at 30 over
I also installed crank this afternoon
and I sent out my cam to get it reground (torque grind)
when you regrind it you grind the hardening off and it has to be rehardened thus it's illrelevant, sounds like you had someone that wanted to sell you a regrind give you a line to get you to buy from them. About the only time regrinding pays is on roller cams where it's real expensive to get a cam (my custom cam cost $320, regrind would be around $150)
