Well atm i have a 360 from a 74 highboy.. Where can i get a 4bbl intake for it? Will it fit a 390 when i swap it? also if i buy headers will they swap?
The 360 and 390 heads, blocks, intakes, etc are all the same except for a few exceptions like the 390 GT heads are different on the exhaust side. So yes the headers will fix both.
You need to make sure the port size are the same. And some car and truck heads have the ports raised and lowered, don't remember which. Just moves the collectors up or down about 1/2". I changed heads to Edelbrock (AL) and the exh ports are Hugh, requires different headers, SuperComp.
