what cam would work good?

well i just brought home my 69 c90e 351 windsor heads from the machine shop. im pretty excited to get them on my motor. i have a few ?s tho. the engine i have is an 86 ho with 70000 miles. i havnt ran it yet as im switching from a 300 6. i hope it works.anyways i bought a weiland stealth dual plane intake and ported it, actually took off a lot of meat to match the heads. the heads are completely rebuilt, seat valves stock 185 160 manley, comp springs, and the comp magnun roller tip rockers. should i get new push rods? what cam would be good for the stock bottom end? would the factory cam work okay? it is a daily driver in an 86 f150. i have a c6 and 355 posi rear. all this stuff is laying around the garage. i have my work cut out for me. also the heads are in plastic bags under my bed. will they rust like that or are they okay? im new at this as is my new hobbie. if anyone has any info that will help id love to hear from yas thanks

That '86 bottom end has flattops with no valve reliefs, so you have to check for valve clearance before you run the motor, and after you decide what cam to run. The stock cam is probably fine, may be all you can run unless you flycut those pistons or swap them out.

Ditto---86 H.O. 5.0 has no valve reliefs. There was a reason for that---the heads used on em had the valves sunk 1/8" deeper into the heads than all the other small block heads.
