I own a 02 7.3. Recently I encountered a problem that has me stumped. My fuel pump stays on all the time, even with the ignition switch OFF. Also I pulled the fuel pump fuse with the same result....pump ON! Is there a fuel pump relay: if so where is it located. If I had a wiring diagram I think I could figure it out.

Anyone have advice or solution ?
