2003 Navigator Headlight

I was wondering if I could change the headlight fixture on my 2003 Lincoln Navigator with a Ford Explorer or Expredition fixture since its the same shape and Lincoln is made my Ford and the parts are similar. The reason I wanna do this is because there isn't alot of aftermarket parts for 2003 and up all the aftermarket parts were really made for 98-02. I wanted to use something like this or similar

Will that work on my 2003 Lincoln Navigator or will I have to get a conversion kit?
