I have just gotten around to exploring the CL forums, here is a photo of a Pepboys? genius defeating good engineering.

I do not think it is staged, guy is tense and shielding his face. From what I have seen of people working at Pepboys, especially since the store manager brought his car to me for work instead of his own shop, I think the photo is real.
Last year I worked at Ryder we had a vendor that owned a towing company blow his head clean off standing over a 24.5 and filling it on the ground.

Actually, just as dead, except most of the body parts might stay inside the cage. The cage is for filling non-split rims 25-30 feet away and hopefully containing the rim and bigger tire pieces if the tire explodes.
