Hemi anyone
Well Last night I was leaving the bowling ally in jax fl. My cousin Jason was driving his 2006 4x4 hemi regular cab and I was in my 2000 4dr 4x4 7.3 with my artic cat 400 in the back we got to running about 45 and he took off it did not take long for me to run him down just long enough to get it wound up and I passed him we did it 3 more times like that side by side then he just kind of stayed behind me as we was going to the house well I looked back and I could see he was on it he flew by me by the time I was on the gas pedal but could not hold him off b/c he had so much of a head start when we got about a 100 I came by him strong when I got next to him he just backed off and slowed way down I called him on the cell and asked him why he stopped he said men when you came past me it was poring black smoke out that pipe and it was loud I knew I did'nt want any more I laughed and he said you even had a 4wheeler in the back

Nice job on the Hemi. They aren't as fast as Hemi owners think they are. My truck has made a meal of them a couple of times and I have a buddy that has one but he won't run. Every time I hear him talking about how bad *** his Hemi is I ask if he wants to run and he declines. He thinks that his Hemi with a throttle body spacer and Royal Purple oil is the baddest thing on the planet, right up until I call him out.

Uh wait, i have a 2006 dodge 1500 hemi and a (check my sig). What mode were you running the superchips tuner on? stock v stock the hemi will destroy the 7.3 and trust me, I HATE THE RAM!

Stock vs stock the Hemi will walk over the 7.3. However a Hemi (even with the feared "throttle body spacer") is still no match for a modded 7.3. I've personally spanked two and it wasn't even a contest.

Something's wrong. My truck can easily break 100mph. How far past I do not know as we have never ran her up all the way. I have had her up above 100 on open straight road (lots of that in Texas) and she didn't even break a sweat.
