Fuel Pumps?

Fuel Pumps?
Replaced rear pump, fuel pump relay, start relay, reset the fuel cutoff, and no power to pumps. The relay clicks, and stays solid when I use the test plug, but the pumps don't run. Any ideas?

You didn't state what you're working on (year/model) but if your truck is set up where the fuel pump relay is next to the air filter housing on the left fender it could be the EEC relay right next to it (EEC was brown and fuel was green). Also check the connectors for crud and signs of heat. Of course this is only a guess.

Thanks Ron. Sorry, it's a 91 with 4.9/auto/2wd. My EEC relay seems fine. I've swapped it and it does it's clickiness. The truck started intermittently after replacing the rear pump, but now neither one runs.
