Just had mine off this last weekend - the Ford manual hubs can be a little sticky if not used very often. Might want to check to see if your axle has any play in it - either in and out or, up and down. A little wobble may be causing the hubs to bind up. If all looks ok here then try a light film of grease on the axle stub splines - this may help.
It sounds like it may be time for some new (Warn) hubs.

thanks guys i lubed them up good & everystuff like that before i asked for help on here i figured it needed an aftermarket set but i was curious if anyone had a set apart.when i get my aftermarket set im gonna dig into oems just to see how they work
