I must have the P2, mine does not have a color display, just a red 7-segment display. The Equal-i-zer hitch supports a 1200lb tongue and is rated up to a 12,000lb trailer. It has 4-point built-in friction sway control that just about eliminates sway, there are excellent videos on their web site.

I towed a 6000# trailer with my '03 Expy with a Reese Dual Cam Hitch. I had a slight sag issue but what I found out was that I did not have strong enough weight distribution bars. I returned to the dealer and they swapped the bars for a higher rating and then, combined with tilting the hitch ball head, I was able to even out the load. It made huge difference in handling. I found the dealer didn't really set up the hitch correctly. I would try to find the original manufacturers instructions on how to set up the hitch properly and then recheck everything. The WD bars are pretty cheap online if your dealerr won't swap them for free.

Gary,
I did adjust my spring bars (raised the mounting brackets one hole), I think they are 12,000 lb bars, and this really helped the sagging. I am still going to install the www.CoilSprings.com custom springs because I am so happy with the springs they made for my otehr vehicle. It just fels so much more planted when I tow.
My springs came in yesterday and they were installed this morning. The Expe sits 1.5" higher in the rear now. I'm sure the thing will tow my TT much more level, I'll find out soon enough and post the results soon after.
