Engine Service Light

I got a code --#7 Cylinder Glow Plug Circuit malfunction" and I am getting lots of smoke when I start. Any suggestions?

first thing is check the wire harnes and plugs going to the valve cover..if it looks good then pull the VC and check the harnes and clips inside of there...

Ron is totally correct, check the UVC harness. Mine just went through this and it would run like crap then completely fine then bad with no pattern to it. Pull thosevalve covers check the connector and modify if needed to keep closed , even a small seperation will drive you CrAzY

. It took me 4 hours or so to do the complete job plus I did the foil delete also and cleaned everything real well. Let us know what you find !
