What is it called?

I had a tree limb fall and punch a hole through the plastic molding at the base of the windshield, through which the windshiled wiper operates. It is the entired width of the truck, black, and serves as a grill for the fresh air intake. What is that piece of plastic called?

I need to find a replacement so I eed to know what I'm talking about.

Outer (exterior) cowl panel.

FYI: FTE has two Ford Dealer parts dept sponsors that give discounts to members.

Just curious...but is Y2KFORDPARTS still a sponsor? I have not seen them advertise in some time...and I wish I could find a link??? I have used them in the past (before the name change)...but have no way of contacting them.
