Sorry I don't have a 2006 diagram. I have seen the earlier models though, and they are rather complicated.
I went to www.crutchfield.com and plugged in your truck, and they have a free installation kit for your specific model, if you buy something from them. It has a wiring harness, adapter for the stereo and the antenna, speaker adapters, and a full set of installation and wiring instructions. How much of this stuff do you have?(I know you don't have the instructions/wiring diagram).
