If the sensor was showing 130C .. off the top of my head that is about 255F I would think the truck would be running more lean than rich causing poor performance. No expert in this area though.
TJ .. didn't believe it but you are correct .. look it up and water temp has no say what so ever in engine performance.
Hussler I beleive you are correct about it running leaner at those temps.
