leaking head/manifold connection
I noticed when connecting my heater cord yesterday (with truck warming up) that there was bubbles coming from one of the pass side front cylinders exhaust ports where the exhaust port gasket is.
-So is this oil or condensation (truck sat for 2 days)
-And is it common to have a gasket failure? Hope it's not a cracked exhaust port.. Guess I can try to tighten the manifold and see if it helps any..

I noticed mine doing that too until it got up to operating temp. When I took it to Ford for a service, I explained it to the service rep and later when I picked it up, he said the tech told him it was normal and not to worry about it.
