block casting number??

I recently replaced my flywheel. My old flywheel i took off had a weight that bolted on right behind the flywheel. I bought a new flywheel and reused the weight. Anyways, for my block (D1VE-6015-A2B), it says not to use a weight b/c it is internally balanced. What should i do? Put it back on or ???

All off a 78' f-150 1/2 ton 460.

On the front of the crankshaft is there one or 2 keys in the crank. If there is two it is externally balanced meaning there is a what I call a dog ear that goes behind the crankpulley. If not it is internally balanced. From what I know most of these are externally balanced.

That "Dog ear" or Hatchet shape you could say also from what I have learned means it is a externally balanced engine. If I remember right 1978 and prior are internally balanced and 1979 to 1996 are externally balanced. If the engine ran without shaking I would use it again BUT since it is a D1VE block & crankshaft it should be without the weight.
