New steering stabilizer installed. Big difference!
I just installed this thing yesterday and after driving the truck around today I can definitely tell the difference between the Superlift kit I have now and the P.O.S. Rancho I had before. The stabilizers are Bilstein which is probably the reason this setup works so much better.
looks great.. how much did it cost. i was told that almost everyone who has the dual setup, wont fit unless the truck is lifted. i got a tough country setup for my X and it fit with only the v-code front springs for a lift.
I like the idea of having Bilstein shocks, but that kit looks like it hangs a bit low. I had a Rough Country dual-stabilizer that I broke out hunting this year. I would go with your setup if it was inline with the axle instead of below it!
up_there, are you saying that you like mine better but with bilstein shocks instead? my setup is a bit higher than the superlift kit.. i just saw that the suspension is different on the other guys truck. looks like his is bolted to the drag link??? mine is leaf spring.

I had your same Rough Country setup. I broke it though. I like the Rough Country "style" of stabilizer because it is inline with the axle and doesn't hang low like the RC one. I just wish for my 2000 truck Superlift made a higher mounting kit. I called them and that's the only option until you get into the later Superduty's that have coil springs. If I could use the Rough country setup WITH Bilsteins......now we're talkin!
I like that DR setup that Storm has. I bought a stab relocation kit from Rubicon Express (see crappy camera-phone pic below) to get it out of the way of the front end (I tend to run into things alot) but I think it's time for a change/upgrade!

keep me posted.... i'd like to put a good stab down there but i use my truck too much to have a high-dollar shock vulnerable. i'd be interested if you're gonna part with it. no hurry at all.
To each his own I guess! That's the great thing about living in the USA, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. My opinion is, get what you like and who cares what anyone else thinks. I like the Superlift and it works great. Don't think it will be getting "smashed off" anytime soon either.
