Why he crashed was his own doing. But the result is simple physics. It is suprising the damaged truck was holding up the road sign.

I did see the result of a person walking onto the Harbor Freeway in SoCal. He was struck by a Dodge Coronado (about a '68?). His body split the hood halfway up, and that was a soft human body, not double steel poles mounted in concrete.

hey zz that does look like a f 150. but it does say that he was run at a high rate of speed.
