They can melt pistons w/o malfunctioning. Stock AA injectors have enough fuel to cause damage to the pistons.
The pistons in the pictures were subjected to 275cc b codes with big nozzles.

Im not sure what made mine crack and then blow a hole but there where spider cracks around the dome in the middle but and flat part. All the way around the dome! On every piston. Finally #1 the cracks met and blew a junk out!!!

i have heard that the little oil nozzle that squirts oil on the bottom of the piston to cool it, when it falls off the piston that is no longer being cooled by oil fails long before any of the others. Cant remember where i saw it though
