Seau is probably gone...Bruschi may hang them up. Lot's of uncertainty...but...that's normal year to year.
The only reasons I wouldn't mind seeing the Pats win are Seau and Bruschi. I've been a Charger fan for 30+ years and he was the backbone of that defense for most of the 90's. He deserves a championship, if anyone does. Bruschi, from what I can tell, is just a classy guy that was dealt a really tough hand and battled back. Nothing but respect for those 2.
moss will finish his career as a pat, thats for sure.......but it cant be worse than when we won the last superbowl 2 years ago, then we lost...branch,givens,viniateri,off coordinator, def coordinator...and a few other players as well....what did we do the following year..afc championship game
I would hope Moss will be back next year...don't know however...he may take the ring and run. That is of course...if they win the ring!!! Very good point about about post the last super bowl. The Patriots have drafted very well...especially in the middle rounds...and have made some key free agent signings to keep the winning faucet open. They don't make a big splash with the elite free agents but they do sign a lot of second tier character guys and get the most out of them because they are willing to fit into the Pats system. No reason to think that will change anytime soon!!!
