I killed 2 birds with 1 stone and put the 2" adjustable struts in the front and the shocks the Bilstien kit gave me for the rear. I own my own shop so I had the tools but all in all it wasnt bad. You will need a spring compressor though. If you have a good relationship with a local shop they may do it for you. I bought new strut bearing and bushings when I did mine they were cheap too. I got them right through Ford.

Hey Sarge...hows the ride with the bilsteins? And is the 2" height adjustment a true 2"? I was thinking about doing the same.
The ride was good, The adjustability isnt easy you neeed to remove the strut assembly, compress the spring, and adjust it. You would then need to realign it too. I just left mine at the 2" mark.
I dont have the truck anylonger however. Hopefully the new owner is enjoying it. I needed a SD for towing. The old F150 just didnt have enough left in it with the GN strapped to the trailer.
