you can get some better stuff for a lot less money imho.
IIRC those go for about 2 grand??????
that filter they offer is no good imho.
you obviously dont need the auto tranny stuff with that kit or the exhaust housing unless you live at high altitudes.
so what does that leave us?

here are some rough estimates:
a great home made air filter can be done for 60.
gauges you need a boost and pyrometer and pod can be done for about 220. autometer has some good stuff that works well with our trucks along with there nice factory looking pod.
and adjustable chip can be had that has 4-6 positions for 250-400 depending on what you want. i had a ts and thought it was great.
an exhuast will run you about 300-400 i prefer a tymar here.
the ic i will leave that up to you. there ic are great but you can do it yourself pretty cheap 200-400. not really needed unless you tow heavy a lot or plan on bigger injectors.
